Registration procedure
Eligibility for admission
Children must be from two to six years old.
Children who have reached the age of 18 months and above can apply for the “Entry Application Form”. Family those needs financial assistance can apply for kindergarten and child care centre fee remission scheme by SWD.

Please fill out the registration form for admission.

Bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a copy of the child’s vaccination record, two photos and two self-addressed envelopes.

We will then arrange an interview after we receive the requirements.

Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission for the 2023/24 school year
1. The Education Bureau (EDB) has implemented the Free Quality Kindergarten Education policy starting from the 2017/18 school year to replace the existing “Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme”. Under the new Scheme, EDB will use the “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” as the document for registration in the2024/25 school year.
2. Parents are required to submit an application for the “2024/25Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred as “2024/25RC”) to EDB from September to November 2023. The “2024/25RC” will be open for applications in September 2023 and EDB will announce and upload the details of application ontoEDB’s websitein due course.
Admission Criteria
1. Interview performance
2. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration.
3. The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for long whole day classes (As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
Interview Arrangements
1. Our kindergarten will arrange interviews for all K1 applicants.
2.Interviews will be held in November,2023, notification letter will be sent to parents separately.
3. Individual interviews will be arranged.
4. Parents should accompany their child for the interview.
5. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants could be arranged where necessary, or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.Enquiry number: 2856 3192 Email︰lkt@wwcedhk.org.hk
Announcement of Admission Results
We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before December 15, 2023 by post.
Registration Arrangements
Successful applicants
Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 4-6 January 2024 (“CentralisedRegistration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “2024/25RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2023/24RC” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child.Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
The registration fee for 2024/25 K1 place is HK$1500. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2024/25RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2024/25RC”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
Applicants on the waiting list
Our kindergarten will sent out notice by post, parents should complete the registration procedures according to the indicated date. Parents are requested to submit registration certificate for kindergarten admission 2024/25 and pay the registration fee.
